How to Return
Contact Us
Email us at hello@pocketlings.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with your return authorization.
Pack Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging. Include all tags and accessories. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense — please use a trackable shipping method.
Ship It Back
Ship your return using a trackable service of your choice. Keep your tracking receipt until the return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation.
Refund Information
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense in all cases. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges
Want to swap your item for something else? We're happy to help! Contact us to arrange an exchange. We'll ship your new item once we receive the return, or you can place a new order and we'll refund the original once received.
Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@pocketlings.com with photos of the damage.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
